Lixin Xin's U Rib Welding Technology Debuted at China-US Bridge Technology Exchange Conference
From October 30 to November 2, 2018, the 15th China-US Bridge Technology Exchange Conference was successfully held in Wuhan. This communication conference was hosted by CCCC Highway Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd. (CCCC Public Regulations Institute), Hubei Transportation Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd. The scope of exchanges between China and the United States has expanded from the initial field of bridge earthquake resistance to bridge health testing, bridge design code comparison, and long-term performance research of bridges. , Bridge rapid construction technology, earthquake, flood and other disaster prevention and risk mitigation, and many other aspects, and it has become one of the supporting activities of Sino-US government transportation technology cooperation project, attracting many technical experts to participate in the event.
On the afternoon of November 1, the world developed by Wuhan Lixin Automation Technology Co., Ltd. in conjunction with CCCC II, Hubei Provincial Transportation Planning and Design Institute, CCCC No. 2 Aviation Bureau, Wuhan Heavy Industry, and China Railway Baoqiao was demonstrated. The first U-rib internal welding technology for orthotropic steel bridge slabs, the model of the inner welding equipment and U-rib internal welding samples were demonstrated, and in-depth technical exchanges were made on U-rib internal welding technology. After the meeting, some representatives from China and the United States visited the Zhuankou Yangtze River Bridge in Wuhan, which was the first application of the world's first orthotropic steel bridge deck U-rib internal welding technology, as planned.
